Scope of application
The following terms and conditions, apply to all contracts the company Sinais do Tempo,Lda. celebrates with consumers in the context of this online store. Consumer is the one who celebrates the contract with a goal that cannot be classified as commercial or as an independent activity.
Contract Conclusion
The object of the contract is the sale of products.
By putting our product in question on our website, we offer you the possibility of establishing a purchase/sale contract with us binding, bound to the conditions specified in the item description.
The purchase is made through the online shopping cart system, according to the following: the products intended for purchase are moved to the shopping cart. You can select the shopping cart using the appropriate buttons on the navigation bar and make changes at any time.
After accessing the page “finish purchase / concluir compra” and entering the necessary personal data and payment and delivery terms, all order information is displayed again on the summary page.
Before sending the order, you can recheck all the data, change it (which can also be done via “return” function of the web browser Internet) or cancel the purchase transaction.
By clicking the "Finish / Finalizar" button to send the order, you declare to accept the order in a legally binding manner by which the purchase contract takes place.
The execution of the order and the sending of all the details necessary to complete the contract take place by email, in a partially automated manner. Consequently, you must ensure that the email address you provided is correct and that the receipt of the respective e-mails is guaranteed. Guarantee
The warranty legal rights are applicable.
As a consumer, you are asked to promptly check the product as to integrity, visible defects and damage in transport as soon as it is handed over, and inform us immediately in writing, in the event of a complaint, to us and the carrier. If you do not comply with this request, your complaint will not have legal effect. We recommend that, if possible, take a photograph of the product and packaging in the exact condition in which it is delivered, as support for your complaint.
In the case of a return under warranty, the product must be sent properly packed. The shipment and the respective trip of the product are customer responsibility.
Choice of law and jurisdiction
Portuguese law applies. This choice of law only applies to customers if it does not result in the revocation of the protection guaranteed by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where the respective customer's usual place of residence is located (principle of benefit of the doubt).

Orders that are not paid within 3 days will be canceled.
Paypal is an online payment method that allows you to use multiple cards, without having to spread the card numbers, each time an acquisition is made on internet. The creation of an initial account allows you to make payments with all safety.
The prices of products available in the Tempusart.com store are already marked with VAT included, at the legal rate of each EU country. Shipping costs will be clearly indicated during the purchase process.
If the customer resides outside the EU, you should be aware that your country's personalized services may charge additional fees. These fees vary from country to country and are not the responsibility of Tempus Art. Check with your country's customs services before placing your order.

Most items are shipped via the carrier MRW and CTT Expresso. After your order has been processed by our team, you will receive an email confirming your delivery.
The shipping cost depends on the country of destination of the order. Its value is clearly identified and discriminated at the time of purchase, after identifying the destination address.
Delivery Guarantee: in the event of loss of registered shipments, Tempus_Art guarantees the customer's refund of the total amount of their order.
In the event that the order is returned to the sender because a new delivery with the carrier has not been arranged in due time, due to the customer being absent from the address, not answering the cell phone or responding to the email, the reshipment will only be done upon a new payment of the shipping costs.
It is highly recommended that customers provide a business address for shipping.
Tempus_Art guarantees the shipment of your order to the country of destination, but we cannot be held responsible for any customs duties and restrictions on the entry of products in some destinations. It is up to the customer to check with the local import authorities which additional procedures are necessary.
Out of Stock: customers will be refunded the full amount of items that cannot be sent to them due to out of stock.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Right of withdrawal
We hope you are completely satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can exercise your right to freely terminate the contract and return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, being refunded the cost of the product. The customer can exercise his right of free termination of the contract, by means of an unambiguous declaration of termination, written in his own words and communicated, within the aforementioned period, by means of proof: letter sent by registered postal mail or by electronic mail , to the address given below (Rua da Piedade, 39 - 4050-481 Porto, Portugal) or to info@tempusart.com In that situation you must return the goods to the address indicated, no later than the 14th day from the day on that inform us of the free termination of the contract. The customer will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We can withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods. The customer will be held responsible for the depreciation of the goods resulting from handling that exceeds what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Warranty Rights
The customer must check the product for integrity, visible defects and damage in transport, as soon as the product is delivered to him and in the presence of the carrier, and inform us immediately in writing (maximum 5 working days), in case of complaint, us and the carrier. If you do not comply with this request, your complaint will have no legal effect. We recommend that, if possible, take a photograph of the product and packaging in the exact condition in which it is delivered to you, in support of your complaint.
Return covered by warranty
In the case of a return covered by warranty, such as a defective product, the product must be sent properly packed in order to reach us in the same condition as it had previously been delivered to the customer. The shipping and the respective trip of the product are the responsibility of the customer. After the product arrives at Sinais do Templo, Lda., and the compliance of the complaint is verified, a new product will be sent to you at no extra cost. In case the product is out of stock, you can choose an alternative product, of the same value, or a refund.
